TMA logoThis year the “My Theatre Matters” campaign, in association with Classic FM, is searching for the UK Theatre that makes its audiences feel most at home – and we would love it if you could support us by voting for Birmingham Hippodrome.


Our Customer Services team are well on the way to welcoming a staggering 600,000 visitors this year.  That’s a lot of people to look after.  Which is why, from your first step through our doors, Hippodrome staff aim to provide a friendly and helpful service assisting with disability needs, showing patrons to their seats, checking ticket queries, providing timings and directions, and anything else you may require.

With easy access to lifts and toilet facilities on every level, wide entrance doorways, plus two in-house restaurants and a deli bar, our foyers and facilities are designed to give all patrons the most welcoming and comfortable experience before, during and after the performance.
