What an evening! Last Friday we were honoured to be joined by author Michael Morpurgo amongst a number of other VIP’s and guests for the official opening of the first ever UK tour of National Theatre’s multi-award-winning War Horse.
5 star reviews quickly began to flood in with Dominic Canvendish from The Telegraph saying “a lot of care and attention has been lavished on this touring configuration… In fact, I’d even argue that it has the edge over the original production…”. Birmingham Mail’s Roz Laws also said, “War Horse is everything a stage production should be. Dramatic, atmospheric, moving and thought-provoking. With excellent staging, beautifully haunting music – and the most lifelike horses you will ever see on stage…”
